Key Responsibilities:
Teach the assigned subject effectively using innovative teaching methods.
Prepare lesson plans, question papers, assignments, and assessments.
Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance.
Create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
Integrate technology into classroom teaching wherever applicable.
Maintain student records and submit reports on time.
Participate in school activities, examinations, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in the relevant subject.
B.Ed. is mandatory/preferred (as per school norms).
Excellent communication, subject knowledge, and classroom management skills.
Prior teaching experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills (For All Positions):
Passion for teaching and student development.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
Willingness to relocate if required.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹39,292.11 per month
