We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for executing on-ground marketing activities, generating leads, promoting company products/services, and building strong customer relationships through field visits and direct interactions.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Conduct field marketing activities and promotional campaigns
- Visit potential clients/customers to generate leads and business opportunities
- Promote company products and services in assigned areas
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights
- Distribute promotional materials and explain product offerings
- Achieve daily/weekly field activity targets
- Maintain records of client interactions and field visits
- Represent the company professionally during outdoor marketing activities

- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and presentable personality
- Ability to travel locally for field visits
- Basic understanding of marketing and customer handling
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
