Job Description: We are looking for a Data Science & Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, and large-scale data processing to build intelligent, data-driven solutions and recommendation systems. The ideal candidate should be passionate about solving business problems using data and AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise machine learning and recommendation models.
- Analyse large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Build scalable data pipelines and data processing workflows.
- Evaluate model performance and conduct experiments/A/B testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
Required Skills:
- Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM).
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning and recommendation systems.
- Proficiency in SQL and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with PySpark and large-scale data processing.
- Knowledge of model evaluation, ranking metrics, and A/B testing.
- Experience with Git and Agile development practices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
- Candidates from Computer Science, IT, or related streams are preferred; however, candidates from other branches with relevant skills and project experience may also apply.
- Minimum 80% aggregate throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation preferred).
- Relevant internships, academic projects, or industry experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Python development is preferred.
- Valid scores/ranks in engineering entrance examinations (e.g., JEE Main, EAMCET, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred.
