Salary: ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 20,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Psychologist to provide psychological assessment, counselling, emotional support, and appropriate therapeutic interventions to patients and their families. The candidate should demonstrate empathy, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and understand patients' emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs.
- Provide individual and family counselling based on patients' requirements.
- Support patients experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional difficulties, grief, behavioural concerns, and other psychological challenges.
- Develop appropriate counselling and intervention plans and monitor patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient counselling records and case notes.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
- Identify patients requiring specialised psychiatric or psychological intervention and facilitate appropriate referrals.
- Conduct awareness sessions on mental health, stress management, emotional well-being, and coping skills when required.
- Participate in hospital/NGO programmes, community outreach activities, and other initiatives as assigned.
- Perform other responsibilities related to psychological care as assigned by the management.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology from a recognised institution.
- Relevant experience in hospital, healthcare, counselling centre, NGO, or community setting will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and counselling skills may also be considered.
