Talisman Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced, highly driven, and entrepreneurial Business Development professional to drive strategic growth initiatives, client acquisition, partnership development, RFP management, and revenue generation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Healthcare RCM knowledge, exceptional relationship-building capabilities, and a proven ability to independently manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through closure.
This role requires a confident, self-driven professional capable of delivering results with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strategic alliances, referral networks, and channel partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution.
- Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and client presentations.
- Conduct discovery meetings, solution presentations, negotiations, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding and long-term relationship management.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and sales reporting.
- Identify new markets, service opportunities, and revenue streams.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets.
Required Industry Experience
- Minimum 5 years of B2B business development experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, Healthcare IT, Healthcare BPO, or related healthcare services.
- Proven experience working with US-based healthcare clients is highly preferred.
Healthcare RCM Domain Expertise
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management ecosystem and be comfortable engaging with physicians, practice administrators, and healthcare executives.
Successful candidates typically demonstrate experience in:
- Understanding the end-to-end US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management landscape and industry trends.
- Conducting discovery calls, identifying client pain points, and recommending appropriate RCM and technology solutions.
- Consulting prospective clients on operational challenges, revenue cycle inefficiencies, and performance improvement opportunities.
- Positioning RCM, healthcare technology, and outsourcing solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Discussing current-state workflows, future-state workflows, implementation approaches, and transition strategies with prospective clients.
- Understanding key RCM performance indicators including AR Days, Net Collection Rate, Denial Rate, First Pass Resolution Rate, and Revenue Leakage.
- Collaborating with operations and implementation teams to develop customized solutions, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Managing complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders, business requirements, and solution components.
- Experience selling or supporting Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, Healthcare BPO, Healthcare IT, or related services to US healthcare organizations.
- Working directly with physicians, practice administrators, practice owners, healthcare executives, and decision-makers.
Required Technology & Platform Expertise
- Candidates must demonstrate hands-on expertise with:
- CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or equivalent.
- LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Sales intelligence and prospecting platforms.
- Email sequencing and outreach platforms.
- Proposal management tools.
- Microsoft Office Suite including advanced PowerPoint capabilities.
Required AI Expertise
- Candidates must actively leverage AI tools to improve business development effectiveness.
- Expected use cases include:
- Prospect research and account intelligence.
- Proposal and RFP development.
- Personalized outreach creation.
- Meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Competitive intelligence.
- Workflow automation and productivity enhancement.
- Candidates will be required to demonstrate real-world AI usage during interviews.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
