Job Summary
At Avillion Farms, we specialize in luxury villas, premium residential developments, and bespoke farmhouses. We are seeking a skilled 2D Architect with strong expertise in AutoCAD drawings to support our design and execution teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to villa layouts, residential planning, and farmhouse architecture, ensuring precision in drawings and alignment with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- AutoCAD Drafting: Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections for luxury villas, residential complexes, and farmhouses.
- Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to translate concepts into accurate technical drawings.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Client & Team Support: Incorporate feedback from management and clients into revised drawings.
- Documentation: Maintain organized drawing sets and support project documentation for approvals and execution.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
- Good understanding of luxury villa layouts, residential planning, and farmhouse architecture.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and detailing.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Master’s Degree in Architecture (M.Arch) preferred.
