Software Development Engineer (SDE) Intern
Internship Duration: 6 Months

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic SDE Intern to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in software development, good problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn and work on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with senior developers and team members to understand project requirements.
- Identify, debug, and resolve basic software issues and bugs.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Work with APIs, databases, version control systems, and development tools.
- Perform testing and support the team in improving application performance.
Required Skills
- Frontend Development : Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating responsive and interactive web pages.Familiarity with React or Angular for developing modern frontend applications.
- Backend Development: Knowledge of at least one backend technology: .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python.Understanding of REST APIs, including how to create, consume, and integrate APIs.
- Database: Basic knowledge of SQL Server or MySQL, including writing queries and handling data.
- Tools & Version Control: Familiarity with Git and GitHub for source-code management, version control, and collaboration.
- Additional Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Cloud platforms/services and cloud-based application concepts.Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts.Ability to perform basic debugging and troubleshooting of application issues.Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and software development workflows.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed BSc/Msc/BCA/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Candidates who have completed academic projects, personal projects, or coding projects will be preferred.
