We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and detail-oriented MD Pathologist to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting pathological examinations, analyzing laboratory samples, diagnosing diseases through laboratory investigations, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting while maintaining the highest medical and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze laboratory samples and prepare accurate pathology reports
- Diagnose diseases through microscopic, clinical, and laboratory examination
- Supervise laboratory operations and ensure proper quality control procedures
- Coordinate with doctors and medical staff regarding patient diagnosis and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting records
- Ensure compliance with medical, laboratory, and healthcare regulations
- Monitor laboratory equipment, testing procedures, and overall lab performance
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and professionalism in all laboratory activities
- Review and validate test results before final reporting
- Support continuous improvement in laboratory processes and quality standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
- MD in Pathology from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Pathologist
- Strong diagnostic, analytical, and reporting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of laboratory quality standards, protocols, and medical regulations
- Ability to handle laboratory responsibilities independently and efficiently
- Professional approach with attention to detail and patient care standards
