G Square & Company is looking for a creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for social media, brand campaigns, product promotions, outlet launches, festive campaigns, and digital marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create social media posts, stories, Reel covers, carousels, posters, banners, menus, and promotional creatives.
- Edit Instagram Reels, product videos, promotional videos, and other short-form content.
- Create motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects.
- Handle image editing, video colour correction, and colour grading.
- Create AI-generated images and videos for campaigns, social media, and brand communication.
- Write and refine prompts for AI image and video generation.
- Use AI tools for background generation, enhancement, upscaling, object replacement, and creative ideation.
- Maintain brand consistency, product accuracy, logo usage, typography, and overall visual quality.
- Adapt creatives for digital and print formats.
- Stay updated with social media, graphic design, video editing, and AI-content trends.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of graphic design, layout, typography, colour, branding, and visual communication.
- Good knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Understanding of colour correction and colour grading.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Hands-on understanding of AI image generation and AI video generation.
- Ability to combine traditional design/editing workflows with AI-assisted creative production.
SOFTWARE & AI TOOLS
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop OR Illustrator OR Premiere Pro OR After Effects OR CorelDRAW OR CapCut Pro OR VN OR Canva OR Figma OR DaVinci Resolve OR similar professional tools.
Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT Image Generation, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Google Flow/Veo, Pika, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of every listed tool is not mandatory.
QUALIFICATION – OPTIONAL
A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Media, Fine Arts, Film Production, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Selection will mainly be based on creativity, graphic design skills, video-editing ability, AI image/video generation skills, portfolio quality, and attention to detail.
