Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly polished and experienced Club Manager to lead operations at our premium fitness facility in Mumbai. This role demands excellence in Luxury service delivery, client relationship management, and revenue leadership.The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional, personalized member experience, while ensuring operational excellence and achieving business targets in a high-expectation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Premium Operations Management:
Oversee all aspects of club operations with a focus on luxury standards and attention to detail
Ensure the facility maintains top-tier cleanliness, ambience, and equipment upkeep
Monitor and enforce SOPs aligned with premium hospitality benchmarks
2. Sales & Revenue Leadership:
Drive high-value membership sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
Manage HNI client conversions with a consultative and relationship-driven approach
Design and execute exclusive offers, events, and partnerships to attract elite clientele
3. Client Experience & Relationship Management:
Deliver a white-glove experience to all members
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and premium clients
Personally handle client escalations with discretion, professionalism, and urgency
Ensure high retention through engagement, feedback, and personalized interactions
4. Team Leadership & Grooming Standards:
Lead, train, and mentor staff to deliver premium-level service and etiquette
Enforce strict discipline, grooming, and communication standards
Conduct regular performance reviews and training focused on hospitality excellence
5. Reporting & Business Insights:
Track and analyze sales performance, member retention, and revenue metrics
Ensure accurate and real-time system updates (leads, billing, attendance)
Share insights and strategies with senior management for continuous improvement
6. Compliance & Professional Conduct:
Ensure adherence to all company policies and premium brand standards
Maintain a confidential and respectful environment for all members
Uphold a culture of discipline, accountability, and professionalism
Key Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in luxury gym, hospitality, or premium retail managemen
Proven track record in high-value sales and client relationship management
Excellent communication skills with a polished, presentable personality
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
Ability to handle high-profile clients with discretion and professionalism
Preferred Background:
Experience in premium gyms, luxury hotels, wellness centers, or high-end clubs
Exposure to HNI/UHNI clientele handling

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
