Job Title: Marketing Specialist (International Markets)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies targeting international markets, primarily the UK, USA, and Canada. The ideal candidate will have expertise in paid advertising, social media growth, branding, email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, content creation, and graphic design to generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop and implement branding strategies to strengthen the company's global presence.
- Manage and grow social media channels through content planning, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
- Create engaging content and marketing copy for social media, email campaigns, websites, blogs, and advertisements.
- Design or coordinate the creation of marketing creatives, banners, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, and customer retention.
- Leverage LinkedIn for organic growth, lead generation, networking, and employer branding.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences in the UK, USA, and Canada.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign success.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing strategies.
- Expertise in social media management and audience growth.
- Experience with email marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing, lead generation, and outreach.
- Good knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills for digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of international market targeting, especially UK, USA, and Canada.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

- Monday to Friday: Regular working hours
- Wednesday: Work From Home (WFH)
- Saturday: 6-hour working day
- Sunday: Weekly Off
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,920.68 per month
