Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward suitable educational programs. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Provide timely information regarding courses, fees, admissions, and schedules.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer support, tele calling, or counseling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
