- Build a high-performance, customer-focused culture
- Drive organizational capability development in cloud services
Strategy & Business Growth:
- Define and execute cloud strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify new market opportunities and build service offerings
- Develop GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies for cloud solutions
Cloud Practice & Service Delivery:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale cloud transformation programs
- Ensure high-quality service delivery across multi-cloud environments
- Build scalable delivery frameworks and best practices
Customer & Stakeholder Management:
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through strong engagement models
- Implement and track NPS (Net Promoter Score) and customer success metrics
- Act as a trusted advisor for key enterprise clients
Market & Industry Alignment:
- Monitor cloud industry trends and align service offerings accordingly
- Build service roadmaps based on evolving technologies and market demands
- Maintain strong relationships with industry partners, SI’s, and ISV’s
Risk & Governance:
- Drive decision-making in ambiguous and high-risk environments
- Ensure governance, compliance, and risk mitigation frameworks are in place
