Position Summary
The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business development, managing key client relationships, identifying new project opportunities, and supporting revenue growth through strategic marketing and field engagement.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.
- Generate high-value leads through networking, referrals, market research, and project tracking.
- Develop and execute territory-wise marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, builders, developers, consultants, contractors, project management consultants (PMCs), and facility management companies.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of customer concerns.
Project & Site Management
- Visit construction sites to identify upcoming elevator installation opportunities.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with stakeholders during the sales cycle.
- Track government, institutional, and private sector construction projects.
Product Promotion
- Promote passenger elevators, home lifts, hospital elevators, freight elevators, panoramic elevators, escalators, moving walkways, modernization solutions, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Highlight product advantages and value-added solutions.
Sales & Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Support quotation preparation, tender submissions, and customer presentations.
- Assist in pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
- Identify new market segments and emerging customer needs.
- Prepare regular market intelligence reports and recommend growth strategies.
Branding & Promotional Activities
- Represent the company at trade shows, real estate expos, industry conferences, and builder association events.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and website content.
- Enhance the company's brand visibility across the assigned territory.
Reporting & Performance
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer databases.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, customer meetings, pipeline status, and marketing activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual marketing and business development targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
- 4–8 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales within the elevator, construction, engineering, HVAC, building materials, or related B2B industries.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and marketing experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Relationship management with architects, builders, consultants, and developers
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Analytical and market research skills
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and lead field marketing initiatives
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Valid driving licence preferred
