Customer Relations Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and in-store visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and after-sales support.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and social media knowledge.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Location: Zeu Diamonds, Thrissur
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
