Job Title: E-Commerce Executive / Order Processing Executive
Job Location:Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to handle online order processing, product packing, dispatch coordination, and customer follow-up. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth order fulfillment and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily online orders received from e-commerce platforms
- Pick products accurately based on order details
- Pack items securely and prepare them for dispatch
- Coordinate with courier partners for timely shipment
- Track orders and ensure on-time delivery
- Follow up with customers after order delivery
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints
- Maintain proper communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Record and analyze customer feedback (advantages & disadvantages)
- Take necessary actions to improve service quality
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations
- Good communication skills (Tamil / basic English / Hindi is an advantage)
- Ability to handle packing and dispatch work efficiently
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer/mobile handling skills
- Customer handling skills and polite behavior
Qualification:
- Minimum: Any Degree
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in e-commerce / packing / customer support is an added advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)
