Job Title: Counter Sales ExecutiveJob Summary:We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Counter Sales Executive to join our retail team. Your primary role will be managing the sales counter, presenting our products to walk-in customers throughout the day, and driving sales. - Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in customers warmly, understand their requirements, and guide them through our product range.
- Product Demonstration: Stay active on the counter throughout the day to display stock, explain product features effectively, and convince customers to make a purchase.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Counter Management: Keep the counter display well-organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times.
Requirements & Skills:
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to pitch products confidently.
- Energy Level: Highly energetic and capable of staying active on the sales floor during operational hours.
- Sales Mindset: Strong persuasion skills with a target-driven approach to closing sales.
- Experience: Prior experience in counter sales or retail is preferred, though motivated freshers are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
