Job Title: Production Manager
Experience: 10+ Years
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹90,000 per month
Location: Mira Road, Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire production process to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan production schedules and achieve daily, monthly, and annual production targets.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency across all production activities.
- Manage manpower, machine utilization, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and GMP practices.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Analyze production data and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Handle production-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare production reports and present performance updates to management.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
- Experience in team handling and shop floor management.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Industry: Medical Devices / Packaging / Injection Molding Manufacturing.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
