Karma Staff is hiring experienced Project Estimators / Project Coordinators for our US Process team in Noida. We are specifically looking for candidates from Civil Engineering, Interior Designing, Construction, Fit-Out, or Architecture backgrounds who have strong English communication skills and experience handling international clients.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Civil Engineering background preferred
- Experience in Interior Fit-Out / Construction / Architecture industry
- Experience in Project Estimation, BOQ, Costing, Project Coordination, or Documentation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Process / International Voice Process
- Comfortable dealing with American clients over calls and emails
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and project documentation
- Candidates with BPO + Construction/Interior industry experience will be highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling project coordination and administrative activities
- Preparing estimates, reports, BOQ, and project documentation
- Coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Managing customer calls, scheduling, and project tracking
- Maintaining project files, compliance reports, and records
- Supporting customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Assisting with project expenses, timelines, and reporting
