- Supervise daily farm operations
- Ensure proper feeding and clean drinking water
- Monitor bird health and report illness
- Maintain correct male–female ratio
- Collect, store, and handle hatching eggs properly
- Maintain hygiene and bio-security in the farm
- Keep records of egg production, mortality, and feed
- Manage farm workers and assign duties
- Follow company and veterinary guidelines
