- Design customized Kerala tour packages based on customer requirements.
- Prepare professional itineraries and quotations.
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email, and online platforms.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, houseboats, and local suppliers.
- Recommend suitable hotels and sightseeing options based on guest preferences and budget.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with B2B travel agents and corporate clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the tour.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
