Key Responsibilities
As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will:
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic screening interviews.
- Explain job opportunities and company details to candidates.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
