Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers, explain company products/services, generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain customer relationships. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM/software.
- Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with management.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or BPO is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
