We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to provide technical support for business applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The candidate should have strong communication skills and basic knowledge of application support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for business applications.
- Monitor application performance and resolve user issues.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and tickets through ticketing tools.
- Troubleshoot application, software, and system-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain incident logs and prepare support reports.
- Assist users with application access, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of tickets.
- Support Outlook, Microsoft Office, and other business applications.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Application Support and Helpdesk Operations.
- Experience with Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Understanding of Windows Operating Systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Incident Management and Ticket Management.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- SQL basic knowledge.
- Active Directory user management.
- Remote support tools experience.
- ITIL process awareness.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
