Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from US customers.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Neutral or understandable accent.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones).
- Customer-focused attitude and patience.
Qualifications
- Any graduate or undergraduate (depending on company requirements).
- Freshers can apply; prior customer service experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in BPO/Call Center environment.
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹34,169.58 per month
