We are hiring a dedicated Commi II with basic to intermediate knowledge of Continental cuisine and Neapolitan pizza. The candidate should be passionate about cooking, eager to learn, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of Continental dishes as per recipes and standards
- Support in making Neapolitan pizza (dough prep, topping, baking)
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of food
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Proper storage and handling of ingredients
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a Continental kitchen
- Basic knowledge of Neapolitan pizza preparation
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards
Qualification:
- Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred
