Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage inventory and stock operations for our dermatology and aesthetic clinics. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels across all three locations, ensuring the availability of medical consumables, skincare products, equipment supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain inventory across all three clinic locations.
* Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
* Track and record incoming and outgoing stock.
* Coordinate stock transfers between clinic branches.
* Ensure adequate stock levels of skincare products, medical consumables, medicines, and clinic supplies.
* Maintain inventory records and prepare periodic stock reports.
* Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, and expired items.
* Coordinate with procurement and clinic teams for replenishment requirements.
* Ensure proper storage and handling of products as per clinic standards.
* Maintain documentation related to inventory and stock movement.
Requirements
* Any Degree/Diploma.
* 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or store management.
* Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, hospital, or clinic inventory management is preferred.
* Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Willingness to travel between clinic locations.
