Key Responsibilities of a Hotel Security Officer
- Monitor Hotel Premises
- Patrol hotel buildings, parking areas, and surrounding grounds.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.
- Check for suspicious activities or security risks.
- Ensure Guest Safety
- Assist guests with security-related concerns.
- Respond to emergencies, disturbances, or complaints.
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Access Control
- Control entry and exit points.
- Verify visitor credentials when required.
- Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
- Emergency Response
- Respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, accidents, and security incidents.
- Coordinate with local police, fire departments, and emergency services.
- Assist in evacuation procedures during emergencies.
- Incident Reporting
- Investigate security incidents, thefts, and accidents.
- Prepare detailed incident and daily activity reports.
- Maintain security records and logs.
- Loss Prevention
- Protect hotel assets from theft, vandalism, and damage.
- Monitor handling of valuable items and hotel property.
- Support inventory and asset protection measures.
- Crowd and Event Security
- Provide security during conferences, weddings, and special events.
- Manage crowd control and guest movement.
- Ensure event safety procedures are followed.
- Support Hotel Policies
- Enforce hotel rules and security procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections and identify hazards.
- Assist management with security audits and compliance requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
