Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Recruiter who can independently handle all HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Handle candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and joining.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding and HR-related activities.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations independently.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to handle HR activities independently.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
