Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components.
- Verify product dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Dial Indicator.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming products.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, and Manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor process quality and recommend improvements.
- Participate in internal audits and customer inspections when required.
- Ensure proper calibration and handling of measuring instruments.
- Maintain 5S and safety standards in the inspection area.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Good understanding of measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
- Knowledge of casting, machining, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, and CAPA.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality systems (preferred).
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1–5 years in Quality Inspection / Manufacturing / Foundry / Machining.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge may also be considered.

- Ability to use precision measuring instruments confidently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated with a quality-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
