- Sales Admin: Manage customer details, update CRM, and prepare sales documents.
- Client Communication: Respond to inquiries, confirm orders, and handle basic issues.
- Order Handling: Process orders, coordinate with logistics, and track deliveries.
- Sales Reports: Prepare sales and performance reports for the team.
- Meeting Support: Arrange sales meetings, client visits, and promotions.
- Records: Keep client and transaction records up to date.
- Lead Support: Help qualify leads, fix appointments, and follow up with prospects.
- Issue Handling: Resolve simple client issues and escalate complex ones.
