The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial accounts of all six branches of Midac Dental Centre. The role requires exceptional financial acumen, strict adherence to accounting principles, and a proactive approach to financial management. The Senior Accountant will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with tax regulations, and effective financial planning to support the growth and sustainability of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory tax regulations.
- Oversee payroll processing, including tax deductions and employee benefits.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities for audits and financial inspections.
- Manage vendor payments, patient billing, and receivables
- Handle banking operations, including reconciliations, fund transfers etc
- Ensure proper cash flow management to meet operational needs.
- Maintain oversight of daily financial transactions across all branches.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff across branches.
- Coordinate with branch managers to ensure financial discipline.
- Work closely with the management team to align financial strategies
