Job Summary
The University Application Executive is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting student applications to universities while ensuring all required documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines. The role involves coordinating with students, universities, and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Guide students through the university application process.
Verify and organize all required application documents.
Prepare, review, and submit applications to universities and online portals.
Track application deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
Coordinate with university admission offices regarding application status and document requirements.
Follow up on pending applications, offers, and admission decisions.
Maintain accurate records of student applications and supporting documents.
Communicate application updates to students and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with university guidelines and admission policies.
Assist with visa, scholarship, or enrollment documentation when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
