Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, dealers, and customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and order status.
- Prepare and maintain sales orders, proforma invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely dispatch in coordination with the production and logistics teams.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in ERP/CRM systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with accounts for payment collection and credit limit approvals.
- Assist in preparing tender documents, price lists, and product information sheets.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution in coordination with relevant departments.
- Support the sales and marketing team in achieving business targets.
- Ensure effective communication between sales, production, dispatch, and accounts departments.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in the manufacturing or construction chemicals industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/SAP software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
