We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell our Hotel Management Software to hotels, guest houses, and resorts. The candidate will be responsible for contacting hotel owners or managers, explaining the software features, and converting them into paid subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to hotels, resorts, and guest houses from the provided database
- Introduce and explain the Hotel Management Software and its benefits
- Schedule product demos for interested clients
- Convert leads into monthly or yearly software subscriptions
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales
- Maintain lead records and update CRM or sales sheets
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or software sales
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Ability to understand and explain software products
- Introduce and explain the Hotel Management Software and its benefits
- Schedule product demos for interested clients
- Convert leads into monthly or yearly software subscriptions
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales
- Maintain lead records and update CRM or sales sheets
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Preferred Candidate
- 1-3 Years Experience in sales
- Experience working with hospitality clients (hotels, resorts, etc.)
- Target-driven and self-motivated
