We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our HVAC manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor negotiation skills, sound knowledge of HVAC materials, and the ability to ensure timely procurement at optimum cost, quality, and delivery.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and cost-optimization skills
- Knowledge of HVAC manufacturing materials and specifications
- Ability to analyze quotations and prepare comparison statements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Vendor development and evaluation capability
- ERP/MIS knowledge (SAP / Tally / Oracle or similar)
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of GST, delivery terms, and commercial conditions
