The role
We are looking for a highly independent, battle-tested performance marketer. You bring five-plus years of deep, hands-on performance marketing experience - with the operational discipline of agency work and the raw resourcefulness of freelancing. We are not looking for someone who needs hand-holding: we want the mindset of an individual athlete, personal accountability, and strategic reflexes that do not break under pressure.
Who you are
- The independent competitor: you take full ownership of your wins and losses and constantly push your own metrics.
- Master of intent: a rare dual perspective - the strategic need of the client and the behavioural triggers of the end consumer.
- Unfazed by pressure: when CPAs spike or algorithms change, you stay analytical and make data-backed pivots.
The track record you bring
- Five-plus years of intensive performance marketing and growth experience, still accelerating.
- A dual background: structured agency discipline plus successful freelance accountability.
- Platform mastery: exceptionally well-versed across the performance ecosystem, with deep, specialised expertise in Google Ads.
- Proven budget management: ad spends of Rs 2 lakh and above per brand, managed confidently with strong, scalable returns.
The practical details
- Compensation: Rs 12-15 lakhs per annum, stated openly - where you land in the band depends on the assessment and interviews.
- Certifications: a current Google Ads certification is essential; Meta Blueprint is valued.
- Location: on-site at our Financial District office, Hyderabad. Relocation support is considered case by case.
- Joining: we are hiring to start within 15-30 days.
- Education: no bar. Judgment and track record beat degrees here.
- Rhythm: flexi hours and flexi days within an on-site week - outcomes over clock-watching.
