The Assistant Professor – Dialysis Technology will be responsible for academic delivery, clinical skill training, student mentoring, industry integration, research activities, and academic administration related to the Dialysis Technology programme.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver theory, practical, and skill-based sessions.

Coordinate laboratory sessions, clinical postings, internships, and OJT/OJL.

Mentor students and provide academic counselling.
-
Prepare question papers, assessments, and evaluation reports.

Participate in research, publications, and curriculum development.

Support accreditation, BOS activities, admissions, and institutional events.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
-
Master’s Degree in Dialysis Technology / Renal Care Technology.
-
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching and/or clinical experience in a recognized hospital, dialysis centre, or academic institution.

NET/SET/Ph.D. in relevant discipline (where applicable).

Industry certifications related to dialysis care.
-
Training in simulation-based education, digital health, or healthcare quality.
