Job Overview
We are looking for energetic and ambitious candidates for the role of Business Development Associate (BDA). The role involves business development, campus engagement, recruitment, marketing, leadership, and sales enablement. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and young professionals looking to build a career in business operations and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India.
- Promote Corizo’s programs through workshops, events, boot camps, competitions, and student engagement activities.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage Campus Ambassadors from different campuses.
- Conduct training sessions and mentor Campus Ambassadors to achieve performance goals.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Generate leads and drive student enrollments for various programs.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and conversions.

Compensation & Benefits
Probation Period (90 Days)
- Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 (Uncapped)
- First 10 days will be On-the-Job Training (Unpaid)
Full-Time Employment
- Fixed CTC: ₹4 LPA
- Variable Incentives: Up to ₹2.5 LPA (Uncapped)
