Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to design, build, and manage enterprise-scale cloud platforms that empower development teams through automation, Kubernetes, GitOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automating CI/CD pipelines, and managing highly available Kubernetes environments.
This role requires a technical leader who can drive platform engineering initiatives, establish engineering standards, improve system reliability, and collaborate with development, cloud, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable cloud-native solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) to improve developer productivity.
- Architect, deploy, and manage large-scale Kubernetes platforms across cloud environments.
- Build and maintain reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Implement GitOps practices using Argo CD, FluxCD, or similar GitOps tools.
- Design and develop enterprise CI/CD frameworks to automate software delivery.
- Define and implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices including SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, and incident management.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and platform operations.
- Develop reusable platform services, deployment templates, and engineering standards.

- Workloads
- Helm Charts
- Ingress Controllers
- Namespaces
- Networking
- RBAC
- Secrets Management
- Collaborate with development teams to onboard applications onto cloud-native platforms.
- Improve platform scalability, reliability, security, availability, and performance.
- Implement platform monitoring, logging, distributed tracing, and observability solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex production, infrastructure, networking, and Kubernetes issues.
- Implement DevSecOps practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Mentor DevOps engineers and platform teams while promoting engineering best practices.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes administration and platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise Kubernetes environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience implementing GitOps using:
- Argo CD
- FluxCD
- Strong experience designing CI/CD pipelines using:
- Jenkins
- GitHub Actions
- GitLab CI/CD
- Azure DevOps
- AWS CodePipeline
- Experience working with cloud platforms including:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
- Experience defining SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and operational excellence metrics.
- Strong Linux administration and scripting skills using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
