Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Supervise and guide Commis chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper mise en place and smooth kitchen service.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and maintain stock levels.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist in menu planning, recipe standardization, and new dish development.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience as a CDP in the respective cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Continental, Chinese, or Indian Curry cuisine.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Hotel, premium restaurant, or banquet experience preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
