We're Hiring | Admission Counsellor | Gurgaon
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to ₹15–20 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives)
We are looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission journey and convert leads into enrollments. Candidates with UK/US client handling experience and B2B sales experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound student leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and video meetings.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
Convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Maintain lead records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle objections, admission queries, fee discussions, and close enrollments.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
Build strong relationships with UK/US clients and support business growth through B2B sales activities.
Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
2–8 years of experience in Admission Counselling, EdTech, Inside Sales, or Student Recruitment.
Mandatory experience working with UK/US clients.
B2B Sales experience is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
Strong negotiation, counselling, and relationship management skills.
Experience using CRM tools.
