Role Overview
Roswalt Buildcon is looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Principal – Construction across daily administrative, coordination, and communication functions. The role requires the ability to manage a demanding and dynamic schedule, coordinate seamlessly across project and corporate teams, and accompany the Principal for site visits as and when instructed.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the Principal's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritizing time-sensitive commitments.
● Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Principal, drafting responses where appropriate.
● Coordinate all travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics, both for local site visits and out-of-town travel.
● Prepare agendas, presentations, minutes of meeting (MOMs), and reports ahead of and following key meetings.
● Liaise with internal teams (project, design, sales, finance) and external stakeholders on behalf of the Principal, ensuring clear and timely communication.
● Accompany the Principal for site visits as and when instructed, ensuring all required documents, materials, and briefings are ready in advance.
● Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business, financial, and project information at all times.
● Track follow-ups arising from meetings and site visits, and ensure timely closure of action items.
● Maintain organized documentation, filing, and record-keeping for the Principal's office.
● Handle ad-hoc administrative, coordination, and personal support tasks as required. Required Qualifications & Experience
● Graduate in any discipline; additional certification in office/secretarial administration preferred.
● 3–6 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to senior leadership, preferably within construction, real estate, or another fast-paced project-driven industry.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with digital scheduling/documentation tools.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
● Willingness and flexibility to accompany the Principal for site visits as and when instructed by the organization.
● High degree of discretion, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
