Job Summary:
· To lead all administrative functions of the company and ensure coordination between them in all administrative matters.
· To execute all related agreements and other documents and its proper maintenance.
· To Ensure the receipt of payments from the clients; if required to do follow ups through mails and phone calls
· Perform any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Required Experience:
· 5-10 years of experience, preferably in Building / Interior Industry.
· Experience in leading and managing the administrative department.
· Well versed in MS Office Suite.
· Fluency in English and Malayalam is a must.
· Salary Package: Rs. 3.5 lakhs – 4 lakhs per Annum
· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree –B Com. / Maths.
· Location: Trivandrum
