Role Description The Senior Online Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of online and performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves managing digital strategies for diverse clients, ensuring brand consistency and measurable growth. Responsibilities include developing and implementing online marketing plans, overseeing social media marketing, and driving e-commerce performance through data-driven initiatives. The role will also include monitoring key metrics, preparing performance reports, coordinating with creative, design, and web development teams, and recommending improvements to maximize ROI. The Senior Online Marketing Manager will mentor junior team members, stay updated with industry trends, and contribute to strategic decisions that support the agency’s clients and overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Online Marketing and Marketing, with a track record of planning and executing integrated digital campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, including campaign optimization, analytics, and ROI-focused decision-making.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, managing multi-platform strategies, content calendars, and community engagement.
- Experience in E-Commerce marketing, including traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, and sales growth strategies.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and major ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an agency environment and familiarity with branding and creative processes is highly beneficial.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
