Position Overview:
This position involves developing and optimizing innovative lipid-based formulations using fats and oils, with a strong focus on gel systems, advanced coating technologies, antioxidant strategies, and enhancing product stability and shelf life. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on applied research and real-world product development in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize lipid-based formulations for various applications
- Design and implement gel-based systems with improved performance and stability
- Develop and refine coating methodologies using lipid systems
- Evaluate and incorporate antioxidants to enhance product shelf life
- Conduct stability and shelf-life studies
- Perform analytical testing and interpretation of results
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Chemistry with specialization in Lipid Technology
- Strong understanding of fats, oils, and lipid chemistry
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in formulation development (gels/coatings preferred)
- Knowledge of antioxidants and stability enhancement techniques
- Familiarity with analytical techniques such as GC, HPLC
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Hands-on academic exposure to gel formulation, coating techniques, or stability studies will be an added advantage
Responsibility and Decision-Making Authority:
- Empowered to make regulatory and cross-functional decisions in partnership with peers.
Experience:
- 1–3 years in lipid-based formulation development, gel/coating systems, antioxidant application, and stability/shelf-life studies (freshers with relevant academic exposure are also encouraged to apply)
Travel:
Ability to travel as required.

Remuneration:
As per industry. Will consider higher for deserving candidates

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
