Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Compensation: ₹42,000 – ₹58,000 per month
About the Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and performance-driven HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to strengthen our recruitment team. The role involves managing the complete hiring lifecycle, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements, and partnering with business stakeholders to attract quality talent. Candidates with prior experience in BPO, customer support, or high-volume hiring environments will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding across customer service, sales, operations, support, voice, and non-voice functions.
- Identify and attract suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media platforms, consultants, and various sourcing channels.
- Review profiles, conduct preliminary assessments, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate offer discussions, compensation negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Ensure positions are filled within defined timelines while maintaining hiring quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, databases, and MIS records.
- Develop and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
- Deliver a positive and professional experience to candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and department heads to understand workforce needs and priorities.
- Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
- Promote employee referral initiatives and explore alternative sourcing methods.
- Ensure recruitment activities are executed in accordance with organizational guidelines and processes.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within BPO, BPM, contact centers, customer service, or shared services organizations.
- Hands-on experience in managing bulk hiring and multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong exposure to sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Good analytical skills with experience in recruitment reporting, MIS preparation, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and target-oriented environment.
- Strong networking, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- MBA in Human Resources or PGDM (HR) will be an added advantage.
