Graphic Designer – Event Industry
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic event production team. You’ll be responsible for designing impactful visual content for live events, corporate shows, exhibitions, fashion shows, and stage presentations — transforming ideas into visuals that elevate the event experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design event branding materials including LED screen visuals, stage backdrops, motion graphics, invites, banners, and social media creatives.
- Collaborate with event managers, video teams, and clients to bring creative concepts to life.
- Develop storyboards and mood boards for event themes and show visuals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Prepare print-ready and digital files for production and LED display formats.
- Work under tight timelines while maintaining high-quality output.
Required Skills
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or similar tools).
- Knowledge of LED screen dimensions, aspect ratios, and motion graphics for stage displays.
- Good sense of typography, layout, and color balance.
- Ability to think creatively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced event environment.
- Video editing or 3D software (like Blender/Cinema 4D) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,652.20 - ₹31,313.84 per month
