Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate (BDA) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and acquire clients for our game development and software development services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, Upwork, Fiverr, and other business platforms.
- Identify potential clients requiring game development, software development, mobile apps, web applications, and SaaS solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Understanding of software development, mobile applications, web technologies, or game development services.
- Ability to communicate with domestic and international clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or Business Development is preferred but not mandatory.
