Job Role
As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our services, and building strong relationships. You will play a vital role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the services offered.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed service information.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads for elder care services.
- Maintain a database of prospective and current customers.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build rapport with clients and ensure follow-up calls are made.
- Address client queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Sales Support:
- Assist in achieving sales targets through lead conversion.
- Inform customers about ongoing offers or new services.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
- Provide daily updates on call performance to the supervisor.
Requirements:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil; English proficiency is a plus.
